From the airport
If you're coming from the Chicago airports (O'Hare, Midway):
There are various shuttle services that will take you to the Champaign-Urbana area, such as the Peoria Charter Company, Illini Shuttle, or EAC Shuttle. Although there is an Amtrak train from downtown Chicago to Champaign-Urbana, we do not recommend it. The trains are infrequent and are often delayed.
If you're coming from Willard airport:
Willard airport is located in the Champaign-Urbana area. The Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District offers the 27(0) Air Bus which will bring you to the heart of campus.
Accommodations
Illini Union Hotel
A block of hotel rooms is being held for conference participants at the Illini Union Hotel. The rooms will be held until 30 days before the conference. To make a reservation, follow the instructions below:
1. Go to http://union.illinois.edu/stay/illini-union-hotel
2. Click on "Book Now" located at the upper left of the page.
3. The screen below appears.
4. Fill in dates and other info.
5. At the bottom, click on the circle of the "Group Booking Code."
6. Enter the group code PROSODY.
7. Click on "Check Availability."
